Jim Lal-Tabak has studied and taught Yoga and Ayurveda for 30 years.  He teaches classes which emphasize the healing and transformative nature of Yoga. He is a certified practitioner of Yuen Energetics, and Healing Spectrums facilitation.  He also has experience in Transcendental Meditation, Hands on Energy Healing, Asian Studies, Tai Chi, Fine Art, World travel, and Spiritual Parenting.

Archana Lal-Tabak, M. D., a Northwestern University Medical School Graduate, is an Integrative and Holistic Mind-Body Physician who practices Ayurveda, Homeopathy, Art of Living Meditation, and Body-Centered Transpersonal Psychiatry.  She assists her clients to achieve wholeness and health through wellness programs, personal education, guided imagery, internal and external family systems work and prudent use of conventional and natural approaches to healing.
